How to..

How do I email my Itinerary?

Select 'Send' from the main menu then select 'Email' and enter the required email address

How do I print my Itinerary?

Select 'Print' from the main menu, the itinerary will display in a new window ready for printing to the Windows selected printer. After printing, clicking 'Close' will close the active browser.

How do I view my Invoices?

Invoices can be viewed from the Invoice Search tab. You can retrieve invoice by Surname and Invoice Number orTicket Number. These 2 options will both open the relevant invoice. If Surname and Booking Reference are entered, the itinerary will be retrieved with an invoice tab option. This Invoice Tab will open the Invoice Summary page with the option to View/Download any of the invoices for the booking reference.

There are 3 invoices for my next trip. How do I select a specific invoice?

Once itinerary has been retrieved and Invoice tab selected, click on the View/Download of the required invoice. The Invoice is a PDF copy.

How do I re-print my Invoice?

Once you have downloaded the Invoice required, select the print option from the browser menu or right click mouse for print option.

How do I save my Invoice locally?

After you have clicked 'View/Download' on the required Invoice and the pdf invoice has retrieved, click 'File' and 'Save As', or right click mouse for save as option. We suggest you rename the file to something more relevant to you so that you can locate it again when required.

How do I print my E-ticket Receipt?

Using the Internet Print functionality, select 'File' – 'Print' from the Internet Main Menu bar above My Amex Travel. After printing, click 'Back' on the internet menu and you will be returned to the Main site. Do not click 'Close' or '(X)' or you will exit the site.

Why isn't my reservation displaying?

Please ensure you are using a valid six or seven character reservation number. If this reference contains a "O" it may be either a letter or a number. The spelling of the Traveller's last name must be the identical to the travel reservation created. Please note:This site is not case sensitive.

Can I display my booking without my reservation number?

To ensure security of your data a second reference is always required in addition to the traveller's last name. If you do not have the Reservation number/Booking Reference, you will require an Invoice or Ticket Number to retrieve invoice which will show booking reference which can then be used to access the Itinerary from the Main Menu.

Who can view my reservation on My Amex Travel?

Your travel information is secure and can only be viewed by those who you have provided your unique Booking Reference, Invoice Number or Ticket Number to. This may include your Travel arranger if they have access to this information.

How long is my reservation available on My Amex Travel?

Your Itinerary will remain accessible in My Amex Travel for as long as it is live in the travel reservation system. If your itinerary has a generated: "time/date" remark at the top indicating when it was last stored on the site, then these historical itineraries will remain in the system for 3 months after the last flight or land sector. This function is only available for some customers.

What else can I view on My Amex Travel?

All e-invoices issued for your reservation are available on My Amex Travel. All E-Tickets issued will also be available on My Amex Travel.

What browser does My Amex Travel support?

The latest version of all major browsers are supported.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with the My Amex Travel site in general?

Has anything else changed with Itineraries and Invoices?

Online itineraries generated from booking tools have also been updated to include a link to My Amex Travel so that all Important Traveller Information from American Express can be accessed via the My Amex Travel itinerary. A new Invoice search function has also been added to the Home page. Simply enter the Traveller surname and Booking Reference, then select the Invoice Summary Page from the drop down menu.

Can I make changes to my itinerary on My Amex Travel?

Changes cannot be completed on My Amex Travel. All changes must be made via AXO, your Travel consultant or the Interactive Support team.

When will the updated itinerary be available on My Amex Travel?

The updated itinerary will be reflected as soon as your travel consultant or booking tool has generated the changes through to this site. This site now stores Itineraries for historical purposes so if changes are made to your booking please always check the "generated at time/date" indicator to ensure the most recent itinerary is displayed. Please note: Some customers do not have access to historical itineraries and will only be able to view itineraries while they remain live in the reservation system. How do I email my itinerary?

How do I view my Invoices?

Why is my Invoice not showing on My Amex Travel?

Your invoice may not have been issued as yet or may be older than 3 months. You may also be using an incorrect reference number. Please contact your travel consultant for further information.

This site does not support the emailing of Invoices however this function is currently under review by American Express Compliance.

Why isn't my full credit card number shown on my E-Ticket Receipt?

To protect your credit card from possible fraudulent use, your credit card number will only show the last four digits or may be blocked completely.

How do I print my E-ticket Receipt?
